We hate Flash! And we are not affiliated with Apple (even though > 30% of rtCampers love their MacBook).
When it comes to beautiful web-designs, CSS & jQuery are our nukes. From moving clouds on our homepage to every beautiful WordPress theme we have designed, all we put in browsers is CSS & jQuery. 
Minimum Requirements:
- You must know CSS very well.
- You must know javascript.
- jQuery or any other javascript framework knowledge will be a big plus.
- PHP knowledge is not essential.
Your chances are high…
- If you know CSS-sprites, CSS-3 or any cool stuff form CSS-tricks.
- If you have used jQuery plugins for tabs, slideshow or anything else.
- If you have ever fixed some CSS/javascript for IE6.
- If you have heard about Web 2.0!
If you know any one of the of above cool skills, your chances are really high.
What you will be doing at rtCamp:
- In the first month, your CSS/jQuery skills will be polished. Efforts will be put to get quality and finished which works in most browsers.
- If you are comfortable with PHP (at a very basic level), you will be promoted to create WordPress themes.
- At rtCamp, you will be free to start your day from Google reader, facebook, twitter. We are all social animals here.
- You will be encouraged to post about your work and discoveries online in open-source, in the company’s paid time.
