If words like ‘followup’ & ‘upsell’ entice you, this is the right job for you. You don’t need to worry about your technical skills as one or more project manager will be there to help you with the technical details of the project.
Minimum Requirements:
- Your English must be good. Written English as well as communication skills in English.
- Management degree is not a must but you should be able to prove your sales skills.
- Proposal writing skills is essential. So familiarity with a document/image editing tool is necessary.
- You must possess talent to negotiate & convince clients.
- Familiarity with social-media like Facebook, twitter, blogging, etc would be a plus.
- Flexibility with time is essential. This is not a night shift job, but you must be flexible about working hours depending on client’s requirement.
Your chances are high…
- If you have experience of selling web-design & development services.
- If you have ever been involved in business development for WordPress projects.
- If you can communicate with ease with US/Europe based clients over Skype/phone.
- If you can create highly professional presentations (powerpoint, videos, pdf etc)
What you will be doing at rtCamp…
- You will work with current sales & business-development team. They will guide you about our services & products. They will also assist you with your work on a day-to-day basis.
- You will get leads from our sources. Your job will be to send proposal or questions (if any) to the client.
- You will be also responsible for proper follow up for all clients communicating with you. Timely reply is a very critical responsibility.
