This position is for vibrant folks who enjoy online marketing through blogs & social networking.
As we work in close proximity of bloggers & social-media, our audience is an easy target via online marketing. In fact, you may never need to go outside the office for any of your marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Your written as well as verbal English must be good. Usage of English proverbs in your writing will be a big plus.
- Management degree is not mandatory but you should be able to prove your marketing skills.
- You should know online media such as Facebook, Twitter, blogging, online-forums etc.
- You should have hatred for spammers! Yes, We hate spam so if online-marketing means spamming or mindless social-sharing/retweets to you, stay away from us.
- You need to submit the pre-requisite assignment as a parameter for selection.
Your chances are high…
- If you have used tools like Google Analytics, URL-shorteners, CoTweet/HootSuite etc.
- If you have used online-advertising platforms like Google Adwords/Facebook Ads.
- If you really think that marketing is bonding with people at a personal level, rather than spreading a word or creating a buzz by abusing social media. We will be happy to see you tweeting 5 times a day and getting a lead rather than posting hundreds of tweets and get two leads!
What you will be doing at rtCamp…
- As you will be representing rtCamp services/products and rtCamp itself to the outer world – your first week will go in grasping the spirit of our Round Table culture.
- You will work on different types of online marketing/promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for the analysis of your own campaigns.
- You will have to come up with new ideas which will increase conversion rate of your campaigns. At no point you should indulge in any form of spamming.
- Once you prove your skills with rtCamp services/products, you will be promoted to manage marketing campaigns for our client projects.
- As the marketing department in rtCamp is still in beta, you will get enough opportunities to exercise various marketing options of your interest. Of course, that demands leadership qualities from you as well.
