The Challenge
The purpose of this challenge is to gauge your ability to:
- Analyze current details/situation/work culture at rtCamp
- Find areas which can be improved
- Come up with a plan of action (this is needed as you should be able to give details for at least few things you think can you improve at rtCamp!)

- Careers section.
- Glassdoor reviews. Nobody is perfect and rtCamp is no exception. Find out areas in which we can improve.
Once you analyze the present situation, please create a plan of action. You need to give details about how part. One-liner suggestions do not particularly convey depth, avoid it.
So, your submission must have:
- List of problems/areas of improvement you have identified.
- Your solution to solve these problems.
Submission Guideline
- The solution must be submitted using Google Docs only.
- Be creative, you may use infographics, visual aids, emojis, etc. to make your work stand out.
- Make sure to grant at least comment access to “Anyone with the link” as such.
- Upon completion, you can submit your work URL (Google Doc link) by replying to the email you received from us.
