Why Nginx?
Whenever we migrate any blog from Blogger.com to WordPress, sometimes people may complain that their WordPress is slow. The fact is that is not slow. Infact WordPress is fast enough and it can get faster than others just by using Nginx. There are people paying extra money on different servers but not getting such outcome like us. 😉 You may be shocked to know, we now run more than 30-sites with 50K total pageviews daily from one single VPS and going through analysis of our server logs, it seems that we can handle another 50K hits daily without upgrading our VPS plan further. 🙂
Blogger.com uses google servers and it is fast enough then why should you use Wpnginx? Well for that matter when you change a blog from blogger to WordPress and install it on nginx it works faster.
