As an agency that helps some of the biggest brands succeed on the open web, we are constantly tweaking our own web presence to come up with successful recipes that we can share with our clients. As a digital marketing coordinator, you will be on top of executing these experiments that commonly involve tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing, marketing automation.
With 90% client renewals year on year, we are fortunate that we have to look for only a handful of new clients every year. This means your lead generation targets are on the lower side.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation — your main goal is to generate leads for rtCamp. rtCamp operates in the B2B segments so lead generation is a long process. You need to dissect the customer journeys into multiple stages and optimize each part decisively to meet this goal.
- Analytics — We use Google Analytics for most of our reporting with plenty of goals, custom dimensions, and advanced reporting. So you need to be a pro at Google Analytics, including how to use it via Google Tag Manager, how to integrate it with different tools.
- SEO — Research, analyze, track and improve ranking wherever possible for keywords related to our area of expertise. No dark patterns. The goal of our SEO efforts is to ensure that we are not making any common mistakes, rather than aiming to rank #1 on a particular keyword. (Fun fact: Google is our client and they did not find us through search!)
- Social Media — Ensure a consistent and responsive presence on social media. Again the goal is to make sure that we are not missing out on anything obvious. Of course, we would love to have more followers and higher engagements, but not at the cost of quality. (Fun fact: Facebook is our client and they did not find us on through social media!)
- Reporting — Your key reports include metrics about qualified leads generated. You are free to present and customize other aspects of reporting as long as they are actionable.
