Q1. What is audio/video encoding?
The process of converting an audio or video file from its current format to another format is known as audio/video encoding. Once the file uploaded on your WordPress site using rtMedia, it will check the file extension. If file extension is NOT mp3 or mp4, that file will be send to our server for conversion. Once the conversion is done, that converted file will save on your server from where it sent request.
