How we train
Our delivery processes include extensive hands-on training workshops that are designed to make platform transitions seamless. Whether you’re moving from a legacy CMS or consolidating multiple platforms into WordPress, we guide your team through a structured onboarding process. From editorial teams to technical admins, our sessions are tailored to real roles, real tasks, and real use cases.
WordPress 101
We train teams to transition smoothly from their previous platform with an apple-to-apple comparison of features – what you used to do, and how it maps to WordPress. This includes a walkthrough of the dashboard, roles, permissions, themes, and plugins.
Editorial 101
Your editorial team gets trained not just on “how” but also on “what’s changed.” We align their existing content workflows with new WordPress tools, covering headings, taxonomy, media handling, and approvals and ensuring consistency with your old system, now done better.
Backend Features
From managing users and media to scheduling and versioning, we train your admin team on how their current backend responsibilities translate into the WordPress environment. We ensure there’s clarity on where things live now and how to manage them efficiently.
Custom Features
Any custom workflows you relied on before are mapped and explained through side-by-side comparisons. Whether it’s page builders or integrations, we make sure your team sees how their familiar workflows are now enhanced or simplified.
Tools and Integrations
We guide your team through analytics, SEO tools, and third-party plugins, showing exactly how their existing marketing stack fits into the new platform. Training includes setup and best practices with clear “before vs. after” context.
Multisite and Brand Site Training
If you’re migrating to a multi-site setup, we train you on managing our delivered unified setup. You’ll learn how to navigate subsites, apply shared styles, and syndicate content across sites. We will also cover best practices to ensure brand consistency and follow data structures and content governance in general.
Delivery Mode
Training includes live online workshop (typically 3 x 2hr) tailored for each stakeholder group. We provide recorded videos, manuals, and one month of Slack/chat support. Sessions are designed with platform migration in mind, highlighting what’s familiar, what’s new, and how to adapt.
