We offer our services on an hourly basis, but you’ll need to purchase a package of hours upfront. If you happen to use up all your allocated hours, no worries! You can easily top up by buying another package whenever you need more support. This flexible approach makes it simple to manage your development needs without any long-term commitments.

What’s the minimum number of hours for a development package, and what different packages are available?

Packages start at 200 hours. For detailed information about our available packages and their respective hour allocations, please reach out to us—we’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.

Is there a minimum contract term? , or can I get support on a flexible, as-needed basis?

There’s no minimum contract term. You can buy our development packages as and when you need.

What happens to any unused support hours? Can they roll over to the next term?

Unused support hours expire after a set term (based on the package you choose), so they can’t be carried over to the next term. However, our packages come with long validity, ensuring you’re likely to use up all your development bandwidth.

Can I scale my support plan up or down to match evolving requirements?

Yes, our support packages are designed to be highly flexible. You can easily scale your package up or down based on your project needs.

How do these services work?

After selecting your preferred support package, we’ll pair you with a dedicated project manager. You can send any work requests to your project manager, and we’ll provide a scope of work along with estimated timelines. Once we’re all on the same page, we’ll begin with the development.

What’s your typical turnaround time for new requests?

Our typical turnaround time varies depending on the nature and scope of the request, but you can expect to hear back about your new request within 24 hours. For larger projects—such as complex integrations—we’ll provide a timeline once the scope has been reviewed.

Will I have a dedicated project manager or a specific point of contact for my projects?

When you sign up, we’ll match you with a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact for all service delivery. Whenever you have a request, just email your project manager, and you’ll hear back promptly.

Do you work with ‘that’ tool?

We work with a variety of solutions alongside WordPress, so there’s a good chance we already use that tool. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll confirm for you.
