When we continue to support

Our partnerships rarely ends once a site is launched. All our deliverables come with two weeks of Hypercare support, in which we continue supporting the solution for any bugs and provide hands-on solution. 

Post the hypercare support, we offer a number of options to provide Clients with ongoing development and support. These managed services can be small to large, and allow you the flexibility to have the right number of hours, and an adequately sized team, to continue support for your site(s); whether it be standard plugin/security updates, all the way to complex new feature additions. We also offer a yearly maintenance only support starting at USD 10,000/year/website.
