Since WordPress is not exactly taught in colleges, exposure to it and it’s awesome community is often by accident. Most of these happy accidents have wonderful stories behind them. One great place to read interesting WordPress stories is a nice website called HeroPress.
HeroPress is an initiative started by Topher DeRossia, who a lot of rtCampers recently met at WordCamp Pune. We loved listening to his story of how HeroPress came about.
He also asked our very own Rahul Bansal, to recount how he started using WordPress and a bit about the challenges with perceptions of being a WordPress agency from India.
Rahul is Founder & CEO of rtCamp, hence his essay even though is about his WordPress journey, it also in many ways is rtCamp’s story.
