rtCamp’s commitment doesn’t end when your website goes live. Our Hypercare Support program provides a dedicated post-launch window of focused, hands-on support. During this time, the same engineers, and strategists who built your platform work closely with your team to ensure a seamless transition and a confident start on your new platform.

Our team stays on standby to address post-launch needs and maintain platform stability through:
- High-priority bug fixes: Immediate attention to any launch-related issues or technical gaps.
- Editorial team support: Assistance for editors and content managers with WordPress operations, covering landing pages, taxonomies, workflows, and custom features, to help your team confidently manage the site.
- Active monitoring: Continuous tracking of key performance metrics, uptime, and error logs, along with coordination with your hosting and third-party service providers wherever needed.
- Slack/Teams-based collaboration: A shared communication medium that connects your team directly with rtCamp engineers and strategists for quick, real-time responses.
- Controlled deployments: Any hotfixes or updates during this phase follow a tested deployment and rollback process to minimize risk.
- Knowledge handover: Operational details and key learnings are documented and shared to equip your internal team for steady-state operations.
- Account manager oversight: Your account manager, available in your time zone, stays in constant touch to align on priorities and handle any high-impact requests.
- Periodic reviews: Weekly or bi-weekly syncs to track open items, performance, and handover readiness.
The Hypercare phase typically runs for four weeks after launch, with the option to extend based on project scope or SLA agreements. It’s our structured way of ensuring your launch, and your early live days, run seamlessly, with the team that built your platform right by your side.
We also offer a number of options to provide Clients with ongoing development and support. These managed services can be small to large, and allow you the flexibility to have the right number of hours, and an adequately sized team, to continue support for your site/s; whether it be standard plugin/security updates, all the way to complex new feature additions.
Additionally, we offer comprehensive support packages once you are settled:
- Yearly maintenance only support starting at USD 10,000/year
- Growth retainer for maintenance & custom work starting at USD 20,000
